Description: This pair of mauve-toned Victorian windows (sold separately) has been expertly restored, regrouted and reframed. Both have only original glass throughout. The glass used varies in color and intensity from top to bottom. This is called colorphasing; it is quite wonderful—and a sign of sophisticated window design. The glass itself is almost exclusively hand-rolled in mottled and rippled textures. It would be difficult to find a more heavily mottled, non-Tiffany window. Hand blown rondells and a variety of cast jewels, including 6 unusual clear chunk jewels. Transmits a lot of warmth and light in this color pallette.
